OUR HISTORY

In 1972 a trading company named as:

“Moradi and Sons” was established and began to work in the fields of marine transportation industry, importing merchandises within the Persian Gulf states and internal ports of the country.

In 2004 the company changed its policy toward the Offshore marine operations support in oil industry sector and continued to its activities under the name of :

“Omidan Sahel Parsian International Shipping Company.”

This company is one of the first manufacturers of Utility tugs with DAMEN Design in Iran and our fleet is working for IOOC Company as a Major Subcontractor.
